 The most critical need after the development of an expert witness evaluation is the ability to support and defend the opinions at deposition and trial. VDI expert witnesses are highly experienced in such settings.

Expert witness testimony can be provided in the following areas of expertise:

Vocational Rehabilitation, including evaluation of lost wages and diminished earning capacity for both children and adults;

  • Life Care Planning for both children and adults;
  • Forensic Economics (limited to present value calculations related to lost wages, diminished earning capacity and future care needs set forth in a Life Care Plan) for both children and adults

The types of cases in which expert witness testimony can be provided include, but are not limited to:

Personal Injury;

  • Medical Negligence;
  • Family Law/Domestic Relations;
  • Labor and Employment

 Robert H. Taylor and other members of the VDI staff have testified in cases venued throughout the United States and Canada (see individual CV’s and case listings for details).

"Processing a case of this magnitude is always a group
effort and this settlement
would not have been possible
without your hard work and expertise."
