Elaine Fraiz R.N. Nurse Consultant

Elaine brings to VDI over 30 years of nursing
experience in both the legal and health care
industry. She has over 20 years experience
consulting with risk management, insurance
and legal professionals and extensive clinical
experience encompassing education, quality
assurance and supervision.

Elaine has extensive experience working closely with attorneys throughout the litigation process by reviewing medical records, contracts and other documents to assess intricate liability, causation and standard of care issues

Elaine’s responsibilities with VDI capture her extensive work experience. She is an integral part of our team when we are involved in complex personal injury cases and cases involving alleged medical negligence. She
is of great assistance to other team members and our referral sources in identifying issues related to causation, standard of care and apportionment, especially in complex cases that involve multiple injuries and pre-existing conditions.

Based in our Phoenix, AZ office, Elaine works on cases referred by attorneys and other entities all over the United States and abroad.
